All deposits are FINAL. There are no REFUNDS. We will gladly move your appointment within 30 days if you give us 24 hrs. cancellation notice.
You are welcome to pay in full if you prefer to use a credit card.
You can make your deposit to secure your appointment now and pay the balance on this website 24 hrs. before your appointment or pay your deposit now and your balance in CASH at the salon. After your deposit is received you will then receive a confirmation from the salon via email. You will receive a receipt from PayPal immediately.

To change the dollar amount of a deposit, use your mouse to highlight the numbers and then type in your amount. You will be able to increase dollar amount, not decrease dollar amount.

Our Payment Plan Policy:
*Pay 1/2 down to get your custom unit started. Your unit will be ordered once your balance is paid.
Our Refund Policy:
*No refunds. Only exchanges at your expense within 7 days. All exchanges must be approved by Sugar and Co. Hair Salon. We will not except any packages that are not pre-approved and will be sent back to you at your expense. All exchanges must be accompanied with an original invoice and receipt and in the original condition. Unit must not have been tampered with at all (combed, cut, washed, colored etc...) tags, netting and packaging must be attached.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Our Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
